All private information is deleted within 3 months of delivery.

Payment: Fees can be paid via credit/debit cards or internet banking, through payment gateways. Biokart is not liable for payment gateway issues. Refunds for faulty transactions or cancellations are processed within 7–10 days.

Intellectual Property: All website content and reports are proprietary. Users must not reproduce or misuse any material.

Legal and Dispute Resolution:

The agreement is governed by Indian laws, with disputes settled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
